Glad you're feeling better, Linda. My granddaughter-in-law lost 6 pounds in one day from a nasty bug that's going around.

I have a memorial service Sunday, so probably no sewing that day. Maybe I can work on something tomorrow. I have a couple of Be My Neighbor quilt-along blocks I can work on.

Just a note: Please, if you have a family member or friend who lives alone, please, please, please, make some kind of arrangements that someone checks on them daily.......even if it's just a phone call.

I hope to get some sewing in, though I haven't decided what I want to work on. I really need to clean the house; DH is working tomorrow so I'll probably do it then.

We are taking our really sick kitty to the vet this afternoon. We're afraid it will be the worst news, but I'm trying to think positive!

Quilt retreat is fun - beautiful setting, beautiful weather, a litte excitement last night with a bear visiting our trash cans just outside the kitchen. Lucky for me, Jackie brought an extra machine that I am using because the foot of my machine won't work (Jackie & Time made several attempts to take it apart but there seems to be wires not correct). I have most of the top for our new grandbaby's quilt pieced. Today I am working on the 2017 Block Lotto Blocks - have 4 months completed. I hope to get the 11 months finished and move on to some other projects.

I have had the Scrap Jar blocks made for a week, but have been doing some fall chores this week. Today, I laid them out, tweaked a couple and then sewed the top. It still needs borders but man, is it bright. Love it.

funeral for cousin tomorrow and then tulip planting on Sunday. Somewhere in there, the border will get done.
