Found this rose being used as a hedge along the perimeter of a small city park. Very round, grape sized buds with pink splashes open to 2 inch blooms. Basically no fragrance, and the flowers don't open to show their stamens. Shiny leaflets, and clusters of blooms.

Im going to try and propagate, but would be very curious as to what variety it is, if anyone has ideas!
