My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Now not sure what shutter color to go with. In the pic with new roof you'll see a lighter gray shutter to the left of the window and a darker gray to the right. Any suggestions? Or should I go with red shutters - that may be overkill right?

    It's hard to tell whether the green or the yellow dominates in the wall colour.

    I think black shutters would be perfect with the red door. Very pretty house.

    I like the darker gray shutter. Also, did you know there is a ghoulie hanging out in your front yard? ;-) Cozy, pretty home.
