My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Are you planning on painting or replacing furniture? A less heavy and smaller sectional couch would make a huge difference in this space.

A set of nice thick white curtains would look great against the blue walls, which I do love.

It looks like this space has three different colored walls - blue, brown, and beige. Choose one and go with it. Three is way too busy.
