I'm on the Severn, too! I'd love to know myself. Just beginning to plan and plant everything, and would love some fruit. We're in SP, by the way.

Cannady, we just bought two parfianka pomegranates from Edible Landscaping in Virginia on our way home from Atlanta. We were warned, keep them out of cold winter winds OR protect them with burlap writing. Also advise that they take the same soil, light, and moisture as fig, so we are planning to plant one by our fig tree and one in a more protected spot by our driveway. We are in SP too. ..on the Severn River side. I have found the people at homestead gardens helpful in identifying plants and giving advice on problem plants.
