Dark spots inside and outside on persimmon fruit

Hello,

It's first time this year I have this problem after 7 years growing hachiya persimmons.

As you can see on the photos, there are some kind of dark spots visible outside on the skin but also when I cut the fruit these dark spots are inside. I have it on every single fruit in my orchard. Can anyone recognize this disease?
*Update: Oh, and I forgot. I have also Fuju in the same field, but no signs for the same thing on those fruits.

    Some persimmon guru - Jerry Lehman or Don Compton - told me, years ago, that the black spots in the flesh (at least for American persimmons) were condensed tannins. They don't affect taste - but I guess they're aesthetically unpleasing.
