I looked up the Chantilly Lace and it is very white. I have BM Simply White and it's a few shades darker. I used satin paint in my interior and wainscoting, but I have all lacquered trim and it is very smooth and not shiny like semigloss. If you're going to change anyway, find a door, paint it in a semigloss and maybe another shade with samples. That's all I can suggest to help you make a decision to stick with what you have or bite the bullet and change.

The semi gloss is boat sheen. Try a re-do in satin. Also depends what your wall color is. You see color by contrast.
