Taj Mahal - cleaning

I see many discussions regarding Taj Mahal quartzite on this forum (love it!). My kitchen is almost finished and we have Taj on our counters. It is strikingly beautiful. The question I have is how to clean it properly? If you have Taj can you please share with me what you do to clean it? Also - do you do any yearly or so "maintenance?" Thanks!

Hot hot, really hot water using a microfiber cloth followed by good drying with a microfiber cloth. I have a lodge scrapper for tough stuff stuck on.

I didn't do yearly maintenance after a year and don't plan on it in the future - I swear it gets prettier every time I look at it. 1 1/2 years now
