My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for your question. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your items as long as they are in new condition and in the original manufacturer packaging. We do not charge a restocking fee, however, return shipping is the buyer's expense. We are happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label so you can take advantage of our commercial rates, and we will withhold the amount of the return label from your refund.
