My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the window as the kitchen focal point - do you know the manufacturer of the large black window over the sink?

      Not necessary for me-I did find steel framed window manufacturers out of state but our town was very specific on window thermal ratings, so I ended up getting what was required. Not installed yet but I’m sure they’ll look great too. Thank you!

      We are still mid renovation but here’s what we ended up doing with the window-it’s my family’s favorite part of the kitchen. Custom black framed window from milgard. We were planning on having a steel grid made after install but like it open so much that we don’t plan on doing that now. The rest of our house has white framed windows with colonial style grids throughout (HOA required).
