anyone with thoughts on how to get good pricing on replacement windows

House is 25 years old. We built it with Kolbe & Kolbe windows-they are shot and we were interested in doing more than replacement-I believe the term would be full construction replacement. Any recommendations for brand, or company? Thoughts on cost. We were hoping to go a little higher end with blinds and grills in between windows.

Be sure having the blinds between the windows does void the insulation factor. The brand my sister had ruined what she really wanted, which was protection from the western sun in her kitchen in the summer. She bought a second door and windows after 10 yrs.
