are there 2 sofas in this room? the pic is quite dark for distinguishing the seating arrangement in your pic.

There is a sofa, loveseat, and the chair

Can you add a few more pictures of the two areas behind the sofa and chairs? Also are you open to getting rid of something if it just doesnt fit?

you don't seem to have much available space. Is it possible to move the TV to over the FP

There is waaay too much furniture in this room and the furniture is really too large for the space. The over-stuffed design is so comfortable and guys definitely gravitate towards it but it requires a lot more space especially in a dark color! Is there a man cave or finished basement that could receive this furniture? More photos would help to generate some suggestions for what would be more appropriate. Silky Sally Cincinnati, Ohio

TV over FP, sofa and coffee table on TV wall, chairs and end table squared up opposite TV/FP.

I would eliminate the chair altogether, and have the sofa and loveseat face each other. Tv over fireplace, if possible.

Here are some more pictures. TV over FP is an option but it seems it would be so high up. The area behind the loveseat is the bar which begins the kitchen and door to the deck.

The problem is the front door, can you move it? I'm just kidding. But when you enter, you have to move left to avoid the sconces and then right to avoid the sofa. I think the tv above the fireplace is the best solution; perhaps it could be mounted to angle downward if it feels to high.

From what I can see, move the TV where the sconces are. The couch where the TV is and the loveseat where the couch is. Get a coffee table in the middle and a rug. Add stools that swivel in the bar area of the kitchen.

Tennis, I thought of moving the tv where the sconces are too, but then when you walk in the front door, wouldn't that be an issue? Thanks!....Bobbi

Where is the front door?

OK I am not really seeing the whole space at once.

If you look just beyond the sconces, I think that's the front door.

The door by the sconces is the downstairs master bedroom. Then the double doors. Then there is the wall with the art piece and another entryway that leads to front door. Then you are getting to the bar and past that is kitchen and kitchenette area. It 's a frustrating space.

I agree, lots of windows and then the door! Is the furniture new? Can you replace it with something more streamlined, maybe a curved sectional?

The furniture is less than a year old.

Bummer. Can you eliminate either the chair, or the love seat? That would at least make more space in there.
