go to a stone yard and look for remnant pieces and have a fabricator fit it for your vanity. You can also check craigslist for stone remnants. you prob need one that is 22" in depth by how ever long your vanity is (add another inch or so for the overhang)

for instance. looking on CL right now, searching "granite remnant" I found this. 84" X43" beautiful stone. $150. (they would prob take 100 for it). Now you find a fabricator to cut for you for a few hundred. Done.

Go to a fabricator and buy a remnant.

Just FYI - small round vessel sinks work poorly in a master bathroom - if that is where these sinks are going. They are difficult to brush teeth or shave with. The deck gets wet and you can't just wipe water back into the sink because the sink is raised. Larger, rectangular like vessel sinks work a little better. In general, vessel sinks work best in a powder room.
