I was thinking about hard wiring some outdoor landscape lighting in front of my house, but I wanted some other opinions because of the shape of my front yard, I'm worried it would come out looking silly if I did it. Where do I place the lights? Would a flood light look good at the palm tree? I don't have much experience with landscape lighting so I'm not sure. I've included a picture of the front of my house, any input is appreciated. P.S. The picture is a bit outdated, the front lawn has had sod installed and a new fence has been put in, the plant next to the garage door is no longer dead so it looks quite a bit better than what this picture shows, but still should give an idea.
