My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Please confirm the height...is it 30" just frame or with wood framing? Would be helpful if installation spec sheet available. My windows are 25" off floor so want to make sure. Thanks!

      Hi Todd. The heater is optional but you will have to contact Houzz directly in order to add the heater to the order. It's an additional $299. This is Houzz policy which we are required to follow. Thanks. Mike
