My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      @boswell Construction, are these engineered hardwood then? I'm looking for flooring right now and am hesitant to get the engineered flooring but these look great.

      Good quality Engineered plank flooring will have a 4mm wear layer like the link shown. You should get some samples and look at them with your installers to get their opinions.

      @klripmaster Yes these floors are engineered hardwood. Our clients tend to select engineered for the majority of projects due to the durability and budget.
