Save a Water Starved Pine Tree in Phoenix

There is a house in my neighborhood that has been unoccupied since some time in 2015. It has two large pine trees in the front yard. They are probably 50 - 60 feet tall. I believe they are Canary Island Palms. Could be Allepo or Afghan Pines also.


The trees are mostly brown. Is there much of a chance that these trees will make it?
