I see you didn't include a third floor plan. Is there a half storey above the second floor?

Based on the width of the house (18'-0"), and the pitch of the roof (12:12), the space above the second story really isn't large enough to be habitable space. However, "attic" trusses were used, so there is at least a fair amount of functional attic storage space. Thanks, Kenny
