Well you don't really need the manual. The information provided in them is often well out of date, especially with models that old. Any recipes or canning instructions it contains are definitely out of date and all the current instructions are available online at NCHFP. I hope the weight came with it. As for use, there is little difference from using a Presto - same 10 min venting time before putting on the weight, same fill requirements, etc. Only real difference is that rather than weight rocking continuously as with Presto the Mirros are milled to rock 4-6 times per minute when at pressure.

Most all models of any brand come with the same manual. The only difference with the 16 qt model is it holds less jars than the larger models of that era.
