I'm torn about what to do with my home bar kick plate and wooden ceiling beams. We remodeled our kitchen to open it up and create a bar. We used cedar to trim out the bar, as it matches some other updates we completed in the house. The kick plate it just Sheetrock, because i wasn't sure if covering it in cedar would make it too "woody" in here. The ceiling beams are tiger oak, and the floor is a gun barrel oak. I've contemplated painting the ceiling beams white or even removing the side beams. I love the tiger oak (it
matches our hallway built-in), bye I'm torn with what to do with what is left. Help!
