If I were you, I would try to separate them very carefully. I am no expert on this topic. Do not let the roots intertwine much more if you want to keep them all. Otherwise, you can cut the smaller ones and keep the strongest.

Thank you Laura and Dave! I am hoping that I could grow them and graft another type of citrus on them. Can they be a rootstock?

I don't know....hopefully Dave will chime in. I would guess anything can be used as rootstock, although some types are better than others.

It's my impression that what you are growing from your seed is probably the graft stock so it may not be good for root stock. The caveat is that the seed may have been pollinated by a different tree so it may not turn out like the parent fruit. Citrus are self-pollinators so it could be just like the parent fruit but it isn't a sure thing.
