My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

3-season room. Want maximum air circulation with opportunity for views

Northern WI has lots of bugs so we cannot sit on deck to enjoy the lake. Am putting on 3-season room but in quandary about windows--not just screens but maximum opening to emulate a screen porch, allowing for view and air. Not sure I like the all vinyl ones. Need options.
