Need help on identifying my fig tree?

A friend gave me a container fig tree, he says was from Greece. I replanted it in the ground here in Ohio. It grew to about 7 Ft. tall this summer and produced some figs. I do not know the name of the fig. Does anybody know the type I have? The inside is a reddish purple and sweet. (I don't have a pic of the inside)
