I'm looking for the books that are used by seed suppliers to fill in the information in their catalogues/websites.

They're typically laid out like a dictionary with the name of the variety, planting depth, germination temperatures and in the case of sweet corn the name of the traits and genes.

If anyone knows the name of the type of book or a few of the books themselves it would be much appreciated.
