Need advice on what to do with the exterior where there are shingles. We don't want horizontal siding. The door will be painted with a window above.
We are considering:
-Replacing shingles with new ones stained gray.
-Gray board and batten siding??

Should the gray be close to the stone or be dark to contrast?
