Here is my suggestion for you to try or think about with your room:
If there is no other place in DR for credenza, place it on wall where sofa is now
Hang metal art centered between sconces
Move two mirrors where metal art was - hang vertically (one over the other)
Move sofa to face credenza ( where open sofa is now)
Move large table in front of window/ sliding door? to where
Credenza was
Unable to see what is on table in front of window. Consider placing one of lamps from credenza on table. Leave one on credenza Looks like candle holders on table would look nice on table by mirrors and other container on table could go on one end of credenza. Find something brighter to go on table- dough bowl w/apples, colored dough bowl, 3 med vases w/one flower in each, glazed pottery, etc

Open sofa can go in front of window ( pull away from window /door so can open it). or can go where chair is now. This would create more of a hallway, but may close in LR too much
Chair can go beside credenza -- angled into room
