Needed a new thread for the remainder of 2016.

For the starter here is my weather down in southwest NC

Winter is coming, for sure. But down here winters are milder. The average lowest winter lows is about 30F.

I don't know much about the weather here. I move in late September. 2017 will be my first gardening season here. Come mid January, I will start germinating peppers and tomatoes. Two more months.
