40 temps hasnt bothered my moringa

under 35 it does get affected though.

not sure about cuttings, i would bring it in just on cold nights.

sun should be fine as you have it until it grows roots and gets bigger, then slowly acclimate it to full sun.

Put them in the shade with morning sun. Too much temperature or low temperature both are harmful for Moringa
