did you plant with a lot of chemical fertilizers in the potting mix ?

Not sure how much was in there, but they told me to feed it day one and I did. It's been close to 2 weeks since I've transplanted it. The leaves at the top are looking a little healthier and not drooping quite as much, but its still there.

here is the pictures of a few of my seedling plants. they include pineapple,mango and papaya zone 17 santa cruz ca.i utilized several techniques to increase air temperatures around my plants. December is here I hope I can carry the papaya over the winter.my mango tree has little mangoes developing it is a seedling from a Valencia pride mango I ate from markov farms, planted four years ago. in my backyard I have a fruiting pineapple plant and several others at different stages of development. I will post more pictures later. ps don't use chemicals at all on newly planted very young trees. plant with well drained natural organic potting soil.

Mathew- it needs extra watering being newly planted.

You really should plant that Pickering in the ground- enjoy faster growth,more mangoes.

hi Stan, you are a little warmer in Hayward than Santa Cruz. in santa cruz we probably have more summer heat than most other areas on the central coast. your plants look great. my seedling Valencia pride mango has 8 little mangoes holding on.they are not going to be identical to the original . I have harvested my first pineapple and a another one is fruiting. all plants I grow are free from the grocery store.
