Thank you for your inquiry. This fixture comes with sectional rods:

6 x 12", 2 x 6" and 2 x 3"

You can use any combination of the rods, all of them or some of them. The longest would be 45" (3.75 feet), plus the fixture itself which is 11.5".

As well, the fixture comes with 110" of wire, so the potential to add/purchase additional rods is an option (not to exceed the amount of wire provided).
