Are there plans for an adjustable version for this model as well?

Trying to decide on ordering either the fixed shower rod and trim it or go directly to ordering an adjustable one. I saw this entry on Amazon 112-5BN-A, but it doesn't show if the adjustment is done on the brackets or the bar itself. If the adjustment is on the bar, I would order the fixed version to trim it.
