Need help with Florida Pusley

Hello all...I have a 5 month old lawn (Floratam) and already the florida pusley is trying to take over!! I really need help before its to late! I've tried hand weeding but sometimes I can't get all the root to come with the rest of the plant. Thanks in advance!!
