Thank you. The countertop has a busy pattern so I'm afraid it will be too much if the tiles are not a solid color.

The countertop is so busy, I would go with 4, 5 or 6, though 4 looks too light.

i kind of like 5. it wont go out of style because it was never in style, and that size is pretty inexpensive.

Can you post a picture further back showing your floor?

#6 looks like a perfect match with your counters and cabinets! #1 looks nice also but I would caution that it's perhaps too busy. Another choice you don't have shown is a taupe subway tile like #6 or a glass tile.

4 or 6, but I agree with previous comment that 4 may be too light.

6 on my mac. But I'd prefer a longer, wider tile. Measure the space under the window trim and try to get a tile that height.

On my monitor #6 looks like a great color choice. I cannot give advice as I'm not knowledgeable about tiles but I see #6 looks like it is beveled. Is that correct? Maybe experience Houzzers can weigh in on flat vs. beveled as it relates to the movement in your granite. BTW...Beautiful kitchen!

Thank you. The kitchen is almost done :) yes, it's beveled. The store has both flat and beveled. I didn't even think it would make a difference. I personally like # 6, too bad I can't find them anywhere as a sheet like # 5. Checked Home Depot and Lowes

Hi Alchonka - I just recalled a few dilemmas where people with a busy counter were advised not to get beveled subway. Something to do with light reflection causing shadows and additional movement. You can search with keywords to find some of those posts. Again, hopefully experienced folks here can chime in. I would have never thought of it making a difference either but can't hurt to make sure. It's great that both flat & beveled are available in the #6 color.

Six with grout color to match the tile. Contrasting grout would also look very busy.

6. can you look at any glass subways? or 2X8 subways? tilebar.com has some. We did a kitchen with similar color granite with a white glass subway and a mosaic tile just behind the stove area. I feel the others are too busy next to the countertop. Nice kitchen!

6 and i think beveled would be ok, it's definitely not as busy as 1-5, if you pick a similar color grout the bevel will just add dimension.

Looks very nice. Hopefully you will go with grout same color as tile. I would stop tile where you have it. No need to tile the adjacent wall. A nice clean look.

I think #1. The color looks great at least on my monitor. Something alittle different, but still simple and classy.

Looks really nice what you've chosen. Nice job! Just a suggestion. they make outlet covers in an off-white. The white is just so noticeable. Ditto, your window trim. Behr has a color called "Biloxi". Its an off white. It might look a tad better than the stark white. I would also suggest a roman blind with some tans or blacks and an off white background for that window. It would be the perfect item to finish off that space. What you have there currently detracts from the beautiful kitchen you've created.

Subway tiles are always a great choice!
