My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wow, great job! Can't believe that's a basement.
What is the flooring used here? Also, was it installed over a subfloor (like Dricore) or directly on slab?

    Flooring is US Floors: CoreTec Plus Luxury Plank Flooring in Carolina Pine. It was laid directly over concrete. Very durable product! Thank you for the compliment!

    thanks for the info. couple follow-ups. first, being installed directly on concrete, any issues with feeling cold, or does the product cork base insulate it well? second, any comment on how cost compares to carpet or laminate? I think those require some underlayment, which must add to the cost.

    I have not received any negative comments from my Client on this product. This luxury vinyl plank product is somewhat more than SOME carpets as a start up cost. Since it is very durable, I feel the initial cost is well worth it!
