I would not choose a lighter color than the two you are considering for the chimney. If you are painting the brick, I would wait until the siding is done to decide if you should match or contrast to the lower level. Is the front entry brick also? Most siding companies have a color match paint color & company.

Having the gables in a shake style would be a nice contrast to the horizontal siding. I'd be tempted to use a board and batten vertical board style on the sunroom. If you enter board and batten and horizontal siding in exterior photos in Houzz, you'll see lots of options.

I've always loved this color scheme. Benjamin Moore Hale Navy, Wethersfield Moss and Manchester Tan trim.

Consider having a qualified arborist look at your tree by the entry. They could lighten the canopy.
