My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Doesn't heat from oven contribute to deteriation of spices? I've heard spices should not be stored near heat. ??

    I had a similar spice roll-out installed next to my range. I switched it out 3 years later in favor of a horizontal spice drawer above my trash pullout. I like to keep my spices organized alphabetically and didn't like having to bend down for tarragon and thyme.
