My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How do I raise and lower the seat?

The seat is too low to see my keyboard ... how to adjust?
Also ... the chair back does tilt - but tilts so far back I thought the casters were off the floor! I can lock it in a straight position - but the tilt seems to be all or nothing ... help!
