Unsealed, sanded Old St Louis bricks

We were victims of Nat'l Disaster Flood in Denham Springs, La. we have a "recessed slab", which was floored w 1500 sq ' and 2000 sq' of antique heart pine. We lost all the wood flooring and had it replaced with salvaged matching brick. It has been drying, (bricks got wet in yard as they were unloaded) and we hope they are ready to sand. Please tell me if your product is right for us. All 3500 sq' will be sanded and will need sealant! Thank you so much for any advise you can give us. We are considering your product, vs a poly finish.
