    Hi Wendy,
The roll up door at the rear of the car space is a zincalume roller door purchased from a supplier in Melbourne Australia. Ther name of the company is called B & D roller doors. Their website address is: www.bnd.com.au
They have an extensive range and colour selection. The door is activated by remorte control and is approx 16 foot wide.

Hi! What is the patio/hardscape material? Is it simply concrete just sawcut in a random modular pattern? Thanks!

    Hi,

The material is actually a polished concrete paver that comes in smooth & rough finish and in different sizes.
The paver is made by a company called SADLER STONE. They have an office in Australia & in the US.
    The website is www.sadlerstone.com
They have a vast range of products. In regards to the pattern, we designed the lay out we liked and we asked the contractors to lay the pavers as per our drawing.
Just a suggestion, we visited the show room and purchased the pavers that were out in their yard that were no longer required or the range was short in colours. We were able to purchase them at a cheaper price. Hence because we were only able to buy a certain amount in one size and a certain amount in another, we came up with our own pattern.

I appreciate the clean lines of the patio. What are the materials used and how is the privacy wall constructed. It is beautiful.

I love the slatted fence. What kind of wood did you use and how wide we're the slats. It also looks like you may of had a solid board behind the slats so as to not let light in and enhance privacy. Is this how it was constructed? Also what kind of stain did you you use on the boards?

may be more robust use ironwood and that's more weather resistant, one of its advantages is that if exposed to water will be stronger...
