Pull out cutting/breadboard for modern kitchen

I want to do a walnut kitchen but I need more counter space. I want to do a pull out bread/ cutting board I am using flat panel cabinets. I have them in my 1960s style kitchen and I don't think I can live without them. I want the board to be flat with my cabinets and to be thin. Has anyone ever done this. I saw one morden kitchen in Houzz, just looking for more pictures or ideas.

    I thought I remembered seeing one in a Henrybuilt kitchen, but I can't seem to find it so maybe that's not true!
