Carpet Tile transition

Is this job done correctly? I just had a flooring company in Salt Lake City lay this tile and carpet. Here are pictures of the carpet tile transition. the tile is exposed on edges and chipping in areas. this was done today! I think this is a subpar job and unacceptable, what do you think ?
company should fess up and re-lay the carpet, fix the chipped tiles
this is normal, pay for the job and suck it up.
have a different company come in and re-install properly.
