My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I'm so glad you like the fabric! Unfortunately, it has been discontinued and there is no stock left. Sorry we couldn't be of more help.

    It's definitely possible - there are so many great fabrics out there! Is there a budget you have in mind or colors you're trying to match? That particular fabric was around $120/yard, but we offer fabrics in many lower and higher price ranges.
