IMO the most likely explanation for your suspension in time is....winter hibernation. It might need more light than being provided right now.

This time of year these plants slow down to something just slightly faster than Geologic time.

If seed pods develop they can be seen after the bloom falls off. they start forming right where the bottom of the flower was attached to the inflo.

What would this look like?

There are two different pods forming here. the left one is a double and the center left is a very young single.
