How does the copper sink hold up over time? Does it start to look spotty?

If it's used regularly, it should retain its copper color.
You know how an old penny left in a pair of pants comes out of the washer looking like new? Same thing.

I'm ok with the "old" look. My concern is does it spot like a stainless sink? I'm not a big fan of stainless :)

Copper is a living finish. it will patina over time. There are polishes that you can use to revive the finish, but it won't look exactly like it does the day it is installed.
