My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We set up a trade November 18. I still haven't received any seeds from her I sent her a few messages and she said she was away on business but would be back in a few days. That was two weeks ago. If I do get the seeds I will post it here.
