Remove and replace old tub. Change 59'"x 59" old darkroom into steam shower( this is in the bathroom). Change two-sink bathroom counter top and sinks-possibly remove entire under-cabinet storage and use suspended counter top with hidden plumbing within sloping enclosure. Change old wall mirror above sink to a heated mirror. Use granite or similar product for floors and lower half of walls
