Where can I get a ladder like this? Thanks

Need a 7ish foot ladder to access a loft area over a closet - not an attic type ladder, but a fixed one

This ladder was made by a local woodworker and stained to match the floor. There are kits. (see link) I would suggest a locally made ladder with a more relaxed angle than a vertical library style ladder. These are difficult to descend with boxes etc. The angle on this ladder makes descending an easier path. Also the ladder extends above the floor line to create a handhold.

I don't remember exactly but would guess 48" x 48".
