To answer your question regarding this particular floor, yes, if you're looking to lay this floor throughout your home, there would be no need for transition ("strip") pieces dividing each room. We do, however, recommend transition pieces wherever this floor meets any carpet/tile/vinyl.

This floor can be nailed or stapled down and comes in 12" - 54" random lengths, leaving plenty of opportunity for your installer to mix & match long/short pieces for your flooring to continue from room to room.
