Merry Christmas, Feliz Navidad, Kwanzaa, Festivus, or what ever your special holiday is! Definitely celebrating the winter solstice's arrival and looking forward for each day's extra minute of light!

My Christmas Geese, gourds I grew, dried and painted several years ago. And one of my favorite flowers - geraniums - love that they still give me a splash of color over the winter.

(trimmed them back after this pic and put the cuttings in pots to start some new plants, as the mother plants were looking a bit to sparse and leggy. May have a few to share at the spring swap!)

Remember the color wheels and aluminum trees from decades ago?! Bought a vintage wheel a few years back off ebay, and a small aluminum tree from the At Home store. A little nostalgia!

And one of my Thanksgiving cactus blooms from last month - love their delicate colors and shape!
