Hi George Dds, we did some extensive renovation on this bathroom: among other ideas, we carved space out of a walk-in closet for the new shower, and in doing so we flipped the original configuration of bathtub and shower. We installed all new fixtures and fittings, we designed new custom flush-mounted medicine cabinets, and clad the entire space, save the ceiling, in a rich porcelain tile. This was a fun project on which to work for a very discerning client--and a range of about $185-200 per square foot might be comparable.
